When we talk about “Sound Healing,” very often, we envision this occurring in our physical bodies through the use of music, toning, or vibrational healing tools such as tuning forks and crystal bowls. Although healing does occur in the physical through the use of sound and vibrational tools, it is important to also address our emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Long-term blockages in these areas often lead to a lack of flow or Dis-ease in our physical bodies.
So how can we empower ourselves as individuals to use sound to create an energetic flow with ease? We, as human beings, are unique instruments that constantly change our vibrations on a daily basis. Our words, combined with the intention behind them, are very powerful in creating shifts in our energetic flow. Using certain words on a consistent basis can create energetic blocks and can even have a negative effect on us physically. By replacing a lower vibratory word with a word that carries a higher vibration, we can create a shift in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
For example, let’s use the word try. This is a word that many of us use in our daily lives.
“I am really trying to get out of financial debt.” When we hear the word try or trying what do we visualize? I see someone who is using a lot of energy to complete something.
Someone who is undergoing a laborious task. The word itself feels heavy. When I close my eyes, I envision someone climbing a mountain and “Trying” to get to the top. Can you feel the weight that the word trying manifests? What if we replaced the word trying with the word creating? When we use this word, we tap into the creator energy, the field of unlimited possibilities, the energy of being creative!!! Instead of – “I am really trying to get out of financial debt,” we can shift that too – “I am creating financial freedom”
Create this experience with a friend. Communicate to them that you are creating an energetic shift by replacing the word try with the word create. By allowing them to red flag your lower vibrating word “try,” you will create the space for your new higher vibratory word “create’ to anchor. Make it fun!!
